Well, I don’t know if I’d go that far, but it was really good. I’ve shared with a couple people, but just in case you weren’t on that (very short) list, here you go. Give it a whirl, you won’t regret it. I subbed snap peas (cut thin on the bias) for bean sprouts because that’s what I had, only used 1 cucumber because it was a big one, and skipped the hot stuff ’cause I’m a wus. I cut up all the veggies and made all the dressing the other night, but only half the noodles and so I still have a giant mound of chopped veggies and half the dressing leftover, slated for dinner again tonight.
